Every ZAAL piece is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When your order is placed, your garment goes into production, then ships to you.

This keeps waste down and quality up. It also means there's a wait. You're not buying off a shelf, you're commissioning a piece.

How it works
1. Place your order between [opening date] and [closing date].
2. We confirm it and add it to the production run.
3. Your piece is cut, sewn, and finished in approximately [X] weeks.
4. We ship it with tracking.

Allow roughly [X to Y] weeks from order to delivery.

Once production starts, orders can't be changed or cancelled.
