Every ZAAL piece is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When your order is placed, your garment goes into production, then ships to you.

This keeps waste down and quality up. It also means there's a wait. You're not buying off a shelf, you're commissioning a piece.

How it works
1. Place your order between [opening date] and [closing date].
2. We confirm it and add it to the production run.
3. Your piece is cut, sewn, and finished in approximately [X] weeks.
4. We ship it with tracking.

Once production starts, orders can't be changed or cancelled.

Shipping (Made to Order)

Every ZAAL piece is made after you order it, so shipping follows production rather than a next-day dispatch. Once your piece is finished, roughly [X to Y] weeks from your order, we pack it carefully and ship it. You'll get a tracking number by email once it's on its way.

International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns (Made to Order)

Since this piece is made to order, please check the size guide before ordering. You can still return your order within 14 days of receiving it if it doesn't fit.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. All returns must be unworn, in original condition, and with original hangtags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements. Once an accepted return reaches us, your refund is processed within five days. Original shipping costs and taxes are not refunded.
