Inspired by different cultures ZAAL looks for the simple, shared note of beauty that runs through them. We work in the space where Eastern minimalism meets Western clothing, and we make pieces anyone can relate to and feel at ease in.

We only use natural fabrics. We want clothing that feels good on the skin and is good for the body, and that can return to the earth it came from once its time with you is done. Every piece is made to a high standard through honest labor, because we would rather make fewer things and make them well.

Our fittings are unisex. On select pieces we add one more option, a way to taper the cut, so a single garment can be worn in more than one way.

We treat each piece as a canvas. It gives you a clean, considered base and leaves room for you to add what defines you. The clothing holds the shape, you bring the rest.

Our aim is simple. Make something that speaks to people, and bring a little of the world closer together.
